The challenge
Schools need a consistent way to record student arrivals and departures, manage student information and approvals, and communicate timely updates to parents. When these activities rely on separate processes, attendance records and family communications can be harder to coordinate.

What we built
The system records student time in and time out, manages student records and approval workflows, and supports attendance through a gate kiosk. Parents can use the Android application to receive notifications and announcements. The web platform is hosted, while the kiosk runs as a desktop application.

The school has a connected workflow for attendance tracking and parent communication. Digital attendance records make student check-in and check-out easier to manage, while the parent app provides a direct channel for sharing announcements and notifications.
