The challenge
Paper visitor logs can be difficult to review, search, and maintain. They may also provide limited visibility into who is currently on-site or when visitors arrived and left. Organizations need a consistent check-in process that captures the necessary information and informs relevant staff.

What we built
The system records visitor check-in and check-out times and supports badge printing. Administrators can configure the fields visitors complete and set the welcome message through an admin portal. A dashboard provides access to visitor records, while email notifications help communicate visitor arrivals to relevant recipients.
